Fair purchase policy

We started Nexus to help collectors complete their collections at fair prices. On high-demand releases, that means making sure boxes reach collectors — not bots.

Purchase limits

• High-demand products may be limited per customer. The limit is shown on the product page or applied in the cart.
• Limits apply per person and per household: across accounts, email addresses, shipping addresses, billing details and payment methods.
• Limits can change with available stock and may be lifted after the release period.

Automated and resale orders

Orders placed with bots or scripts, or that appear intended mainly for bulk resale or to bypass limits, may be reduced or cancelled. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Sealed condition

Products are sold in their original manufacturer-sealed condition unless clearly stated. When an outer shipping case is opened to allocate boxes, the boxes inside remain factory sealed, and the product page says so.
