Allocation-limited. If our allocation is reduced, we contact you before release and refund any item we cannot supply.
Cancel up to 7 days before release. Write to us with your order number for a full refund to your original payment method.
Mixed carts ship together. In-stock items wait for the pre-order unless you ask us to split the shipment (extra shipping applies).

よくある質問

Pre-order questions

When will I be charged?

Immediately, in full, when you place the order. This secures your unit from our allocation.

What if the release date changes?

Your order stays reserved and ships after the new date. We email you about any change; if the delay does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, up to 7 days before the release date. Contact us with your order number and we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Can I order pre-orders and in-stock items together?

Yes. The whole order ships together once the pre-order is released, unless you ask us to split it — the second parcel is then charged separately.
