Shipping policy
Flat rates within Japan, EMS with tracking to the rest of the world. Prepared in Tokyo within 1–3 business days.

Every Nexus Cards order is packed and shipped from Tokyo, Japan. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Within Japan
One flat rate per order, set by the largest item in the order.

International (EMS)
International orders are sent by EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service) with tracking. The rate depends on the parcel weight and the destination zone and is shown at checkout. Example rates for a 0.5 kg parcel:

- Maximum 10 kg per parcel. Larger orders are split or quoted separately — contact us.
- Your exact rate is calculated in the cart from the weight of the items you order.
- Delivery times are estimates from Japan Post and are not guaranteed, especially during customs checks and holidays.
Import duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Customs in your country may charge import duties, VAT/GST and handling fees on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping. We declare the real value of every parcel.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, it is returned to us; return shipping and any re-shipping costs are charged to you, and duties already paid are not refundable by us.
Preparation and tracking
- In-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment (Japanese business days, Monday–Friday).
- A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Booster boxes ship in box protectors with rigid packaging and padding.
Pre-orders and combined shipping
Pre-order items ship on or after the release date. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order is released, unless you ask us to split it (each parcel is then charged). See our pre-order policy.
Your address
Please check your shipping address before paying. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address; parcels returned to us can be re-sent at your cost.
