Are your products authentic?
Yes. We sell official Japanese products bought through Japanese distribution and retail, sealed exactly as released. See our authenticity commitments.
Are the products in Japanese?
Yes. Unless a product page says otherwise, everything we sell is the Japanese edition.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest; you will receive the order confirmation and tracking by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not been packed can usually be changed or cancelled; once shipped, our returns policy applies.
Why was my order limited or cancelled?
High-demand items can have purchase limits per customer, and orders that look automated or meant for resale may be cancelled and refunded. See our fair purchase policy.

Pre-orders
When am I charged for a pre-order?
In full, at checkout. There is no deposit and no second payment.
When does my pre-order ship?
On or after the official release date in Japan, usually within 1–3 business days of release.
What happens if the release date changes?
Your order stays reserved and ships after the new date. We email you about the change; if it no longer suits you, you can cancel for a full refund.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, up to 7 days before the release date. We refund you in full to your original payment method.
What if you receive fewer boxes than expected?
Allocations are set by Japanese distribution. If ours is reduced, we contact you before release and refund any item we cannot supply.

Shipping
How much is shipping within Japan?
A flat rate per order based on the largest item: ¥300 for single cards, ¥500 for booster packs, ¥800 for boxes and accessories, ¥850 for Yamato Compact (magazines). Okinawa and remote islands may cost extra.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, by EMS with tracking. The rate depends on weight and destination zone and is shown at checkout — for 0.5 kg it starts at ¥1,450 (Asia). See the rates by zone.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The recipient. Duties, import VAT and handling fees depend on your country and are collected on delivery. We declare the real value of every parcel.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves Tokyo.
Can you combine several orders?
If your orders have not shipped yet, ask us and we will try to combine them. Any shipping difference is refunded or charged accordingly.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Konbini payment for customers in Japan is coming soon.
Which currency are prices in?
Japanese yen (JPY), tax included. Your bank converts the amount if your card uses another currency and may add a conversion fee.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.

Returns
Can I return a sealed product?
Sealed products are final sale. The only exception is a parcel that arrives genuinely damaged or the wrong item, recorded on an unboxing video. See our refunds & returns policy.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel, then contact us on the day of delivery with your order number and the video.
How are refunds paid?
To your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

Do you sell to shops?
Yes, to shops outside Japan. Send us a wholesale inquiry and we reply with our price list.
What is the minimum order?
10 booster boxes per order (sets can be mixed), paid in advance by Wise transfer.
How is wholesale shipping charged?
We quote shipping per order by weight and destination. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
