Pre-order policy
Paid in full at order, shipped on or after release day, cancellable until 7 days before release.

Pre-orders let you reserve Japanese products before their release date. These rules apply to every product marked "Pre-order".
1. Payment
Pre-orders are paid in full when you place the order. There is no deposit and no second payment.
2. Shipping date
Pre-order items ship on or after the official release date in Japan shown on the product page ("Ships on or after …"), usually within 1–3 business days of release.
3. Release dates may change
Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can be moved. If a date changes, your order stays reserved and we email you. If the new date does not suit you, you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Allocation
Pre-orders depend on the allocation we receive from Japanese distribution, which is sometimes reduced shortly before release. If ours is reduced, we contact you before the release date and refund in full any item we cannot supply. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a pre-order up to 7 days before the release date by emailing contact@nexuscards.jp with your order number. You are refunded in full to your original payment method. Within 7 days of release, and once shipped, pre-orders can no longer be cancelled and our refunds & returns policy applies.
6. Mixed orders
If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, or several pre-orders with different dates, everything ships together once the last item is released — unless you ask us to split the shipment. Each additional parcel is charged at the normal shipping rate.
7. Limits and fair access
Popular pre-orders may have a limit per customer. Orders that bypass limits may be cancelled and refunded — see our fair purchase policy.
